Terms of Participation

Costs:

Registration fee (is obligatory for every exhibitor)		300 Euro
Unequipped space	6-24 sqm 25-50 sqm > 50 sqm	220 Euro/sqm 210 Euro/sqm 200 Euro/sqm
Equipped space	Construction of the shell scheme stand: 42 Euro/sqm (walls, facia board inscription, socket, table, chair, carpet, garbage basket, spot-light) *

* Optional equipment and furniture is to be ordered and paid extra.

How to Register

To exhibit please fill and send to the Exhibition Directorate the following documents:

Application form (FORM 1)	download
Stand draft / For equipped stands only (FORM 2)	download
Additional equipment and graphic works	download

On the ground of a preliminary application form we register a company as an exhibitor of the event, reserve an exhibition stand, the company is included into a preliminary list of exhibitors.

Full package of documents should be filled in within 3 weeks since the first application, in case different date was not agreed individually. Preliminary application is not a basis for money transfer.
