Terms of Participation

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1. For participating in the exhibition you have to complete and send application - contract to the exhibition management address (e-mail).
2. Application form and payment for participation must be made according to the exposed invoice not later than 10th of April, 2014
3. The reason for booking the stand is 30% payment of the total cost of participation, which must be made within 5 business days from the date of invoice. Payment of the remaining 70% of the total cost must be done until April 10, 2014
4. Refusal of participation in the exhibition is accepted only in writing form, signed by the signature of the director and chief accountant. In case of refusal of participation after April 10, 2014 or in case of not coming at the exhibition, participant pays a fine in the amount of 30% of the total cost of participation in the exhibition.
5. Upon the arrival at the exhibition, exhibitor must register on 23 of April, 2014 from 10 am to 19 pm at the Directorate exhibition stand and to obtain documents for import / export of exhibits.
6. Exhibition Management provides security exposure only at night.
7. Exhibitor assumes financial responsibility for the rented equipment. In case of damage or loss of the equipment, exhibitor must pay three times cost of its rent amount.
8. Exhibitor is not allowed to dismantle or move the exposure until closing of the exhibition.
9. Promotional activities in the exhibition area without the consent of the Exhibition Management are prohibited.
10. Exhibitors undertake to comply with all fire safety rules.
11. Trading in the exhibition is conducted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
12. Iinstalling constructions that go beyond the rented stand and height without the consent of the Organizer is prohibited.
