The general terms and conditions of exhibiting at the trade fair
THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EXHIBITING AT THE TRADE FAIR
(Please, inform your staff working at the stand)
- Exhibitors are allowed to participate in the trade fair just after all invoices are fully paid to Organizers. Each exhibitor should pass through the procedure of registration (from 10.00 till 19.00 on October 5, 2010).
- Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle or move their stands before the trade fair closing.
- Exhibitors must execute fire-prevention rules and must not use highly inflammable and highly explosive materials at the fairground. Smoking is forbidden at the fairground!
- Organizers guarantee night guarding of exhibitors’ stands and accounts for them if exhibitors executing the following stand work schedule:
- Exhibitors’ entrance to The Fair is permitted just by special badgers given by Organizers.
- Garments and equipment importation/exportation is allowed just with special import/export documents which can be got at Organizers’ stand and then must be given to security personnel at the entrance. Exhibits importation/exportation must be done through the gates №4 or the central entrance to the trade fair.
- All exhibitors must be at their stands from 9.30. Exhibitors must control their garments and apply to Organizers till 10.00 if something is missing. If there are no employees at the stand at 9.30, Organizers do not account for company’s exhibits!
- Organizers don’t account for exhibitors’ garments from 9.30 till 19.00.
- Each exhibitor must leave the stand and the trade fair ground as soon as security service comes to the stand for night guarding. For all exhibitors there is a special room to keep garments free of charge.
- Each exhibitor is liable for breakage or loss of exhibition equipment and must pay its triple price in this case.
- Exhibitors are allowed to sell garments on two last days of the fair in accordance with Russian Civil Code and Tax Legislation.

The price of cargo handling operations is EUR 15 for 100 kg (incl. allocation the cargo at one’s stand).
