Drawing of an APPLICATION. The work will begin after we receive from YOU a requirements specification in the form of filled APPLICATION, or if you personally contacted with our representative (not less than 45 days before exhibition opening).
Developing of a DESIGN PROJECT. Primary design will be given within 7 days from the receiving of the requirements specification
Coordination of the DESIGN PROJECT. The final project of the booth must be agreed at least prior to 20 days before exhibition beginning.
Concluding of an AGREEMENT and payment for construction services at least prior to 15 days before exhibition beginning.
CONSTRUCTION and delivery of the booth by the day of arrival to the exhibition.
Timely and more detailed information provided (graphic appearance, exhibited equipment, seating, logotypes, functional partitioning of a booth, demands for showcases, podiums, negotiation and utility rooms, etc.) enables to optimize cost of planned exposition and work out in details all aspects of making of an effective booth.
