Event purposes: Promotion of advanced energy-saving technologies and equipment, promotion of the best solutions in the field of resources and energy, arranging a platform for discussion of the acute problems of energy sector and related sectors in the North-West Region territory, one of the most prospective regions of the Russian Federation.

Targeted audience: administration representatives, departments, housing and utilities, Fuel-and-Energy Complex of the regions, regional energy-saving centers, energy sector specialists, top-managers, chief power engineers and electric superintendents of industrial enterprises, manufacturers and suppliers of energy efficiently technologies, automated systems, engineers, designers, non-commercial professional associations, scientific and research institutes, investment and insurance companies and banks.
