Basic information for exhibitors

BASIC INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS

We ask for exhibiting manufacturers and distributors of electronic componients, instruments, component cells, materials and equipment for electronic production, manufacturers of circuit boards, firms engaged in contract electronic maufacturing and electronics developers as well as other firms and organizations related to the exhibition theme.

10.00-20.00 Exhibitors registration, delivery of exhibits and exposition decoration;
registration is carried out at the DIRECTORATE stand;
20.00 Delivery of the exposition to the night guards

December 2,
Wednesday

9.00 Withdrawal of the night guarding, admittance of exhibitors
10.00-18.00 Work of the exhibition, the exhibition is open for visitors
14.00 Official opening of the exhibition
18.00 Delivery of the expositions to the night guards

December 3,
Thursday

9.30 Withdrawal of the night guarding, admittance of exhibitors
10.00-16.00 Work of the exhibition, the exhibition is open for visitors
18.00 Delivery of the expositions to the night guard

December 4,
Friday

9.30 Withdrawal of the night guarding, admittance of exhibitors

16.00-20.00 Processing of documents for departure of exhibitors and dismantle of the exposition
Delivery of booths to employees of the organizing committee.

Attention!

It is forbidden to dismantle and take out the exhibits prior to 16.00, 4th December.

Exhibitors, who are not able to remove their expositions on the 4th December by 20.00, must agree with the Exhibition Directorate dates for dismantling and removing their expositions

Attention!

Furniture and equipment are to be ordered and charged extra.
If an exhibition booth with improved visibility is ordered extra charge is imposed.

Further information on the space rental and services prices is given in the Application-Contract, on the equipment rent and stand design prices is given in the Appendix 1 to the Application-Contract.

BASIC REGULATIONS

Exhibiting formalities

To exhibit please fill in an Application-Contract and send it to the Exhibition Directorate and pay for exhibiting according to the invoice issued by the Directorate.

  • The present Application-contract is a contract between an Exhibitor and the Organizer of the exhibition. The deadline for applying for exhibiting is the 2nd October, 2009. On the ground of this application, duly filled in and signed, the Organizer shall issue an invoice, which is a confirmation of registration of a company as an Exhibitor, and an agreement if necessary.
  • Within 10 days from the invoice date the Exhibitor shall pay an advance not less than 50% which is the basis for reservation of space for the Exhibitor. 100% of cash assets for exhibiting must hit an account of the Organizer by the 12th October, 2009.
  • An order for optional exhibition equipment after the 2nd November and during operation of the exhibition will be fulfilled contingent upon its availability with increase in its rent price by 30%.
  • The Exhibitor is not allowed to dismantle and move its exposition until official closing of the exhibition.
  • The Exhibitor shall receive a Certificate of Services Rendered from the Organizer at the Exhibition.
