Terms of Participation

We welcome manufacturers, system integrators, distributors of electrotechnics equipment and materials, as well as other firms and organizations which activity is related to the exhibition theme to participate in the exhibition.

Basic costs (vat IS INCLUDED):
Registration fee 350 EUR
Unequipped area 230 EUR per 1 sq. m.
Equipped area 260 EUR per 1 sq. m.
Conducting a seminar – 1 hour 170 EUR per 1 hour

Furniture and equipment are to be ordered and charged extra. If an exhibition booth with improved visibility is ordered extra charge is imposed. Further information on the space rental and services prices is given in the Application-Contract, on the equipment rent and stand design prices is given in the Appendix 1 to the Application-Contract.

Please print the application and Appendix 1, fill it in, sign and seal and send to the Organizer by fax or e-mail.
Rules and regulations

  • Mentioned Application-contract is a contract between an Exhibitor and the Organizer of the exhibition. The deadline for applying for exhibiting is the 21st October, 2017. On the ground of this application, duly filled in and signed, the Organizer shall issue an invoice, which is a confirmation of registration of a company as an Exhibitor, and an agreement if necessary.
  • Within 10 days from the invoice date the Exhibitor shall pay an advance not less than 50% which is the basis for reservation of space for the Exhibitor. 100% of cash assets for exhibiting must hit an account of the Organizer by the 1st October, 2017.
  • Refusal to participate in the exhibition is accepted only in writing, certified by signature of the executive and chief accountant.
    In the case of a unilateral refusal to participate in the exhibition until 21 September, 2017 (inclusive), the Exhibitor shall pay a penalty equal to 50% of the total cost of services. In the case of unilateral withdrawal from the exhibition after the 21 September, 2017, the Exhibitor is obliged to pay in full all the services they ordered. In this case manager shall publish in the official catalog provided by the Exhibitor information and send to the Exhibitor one copy.
  • If there are any differences and disputes in the execution of this contract, or in connection with, such disputes are subject to review by the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg.
  • An order for optional exhibition equipment after the 1st November, 2017 and during operation of the exhibition will be fulfilled contingent upon its availability with increase in its rent price by 30%.
  • The Exhibitor is not allowed to dismantle and move its exposition until official closing of the exhibition.
  • The Exhibitor shall receive a Certificate of Services Rendered from the Organizer at the Exhibition.
