The 5th INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS
“Energy- Saving and Power Efficiency – Dynamics of Growth”

The Congress was held in Saint Petersburg, Russia, on 6-9 October 2015 within the frames of the International Specialized Exhibitions Energy–Saving. Power Efficiency. Innovative Technologies and Equipment and Boilers and Burners.

Participants of the Congress - more than 400 specialists and executives from 6 foreign countries and 19 cities of Russia.

Pilot Agenda

- Plenary Meeting: «Focal points of energy efficiency intensification in Russian economy at modern stage».

- Working conferences, panel discussions, round tables, dedicated to: regional politics of energy saving, problems of Import Substitution Industrialization and support home producers, promoting innovation in Energy and Gas industries, investment of energy-efficient activity of enterprises and energy complex, improving of payment discipline in energy field and Municipal or urban engineering and outreach of energy efficiency.

A wide range of issues were discussed in the framework of round tables:

- the principles of the regional policy of energy saving;

- fuel and energy balance of the regions and monitoring the energy saving potential as the basis of energy-saving programs;

- the improvement of tax and financial stimulation of energy-saving activity;

- the necessity of developing regulatory reference base of FEC based on unified identifying number.

Rewarding the winners of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition of projects in the field of energy-saving and energy efficiency ENES-2015 was held in the frame of the round table on the theme of energy saving promotion.
