Participation terms

We ask for participation in the exhibition firms and organizations which activity is related to the exhibition profile.

To participate in the exhibition you should:

• fill in the Application-Contract and Appendixes and send them to the Directorate
• pay for the exhibiting in accordance to an invoice made out by the Directorate

Basis prices (VAT inclusive)

350 euro – registration fee.
260 euro per 1 sq.m. of equipped area. 
230 euro per 1 sq.m. of unequipped area.
Furniture and equipment are charged extra. Prices for equipment and services are given in the Appendix 1 to the Application-Contract.
On ordering of an exhibition booth with improved visibility extra charges are imposed.

VIP class  participation (Very Important Partner)
National and foreign companies establishing themselves as leaders in the market are invited for exhibiting in the exclusive VIP class.

VIP category of participation provides for:

• rent of the exhibition space of at least 30 sq. m.;
• publication in the exhibition catalogue of a color advertising module (1 page) or conducting of a workshop within the framework of the business program.

Meanwhile, the Organizer: 

• places the logo of the VIP-participant on the information and advertising materials of the exhibition (booklet, advertising modules in mass media, invitation cards, posters, exhibition catalogue, etc.) of over 500 thousand publications of the logotype total;
• provides a priority right to choose a place at the exhibition;
• provides a firm with required number of booklets and invitation cards.

 Optional features and services for the exhibirors

• Opportunity to organize a corporate stand.
• Publication of promotional and informational material in the exhibition catalogue.
• Conducting of a workshop or a press-conference in the SCC Press-center.
• Design and construction of individual stands.
