GENERATION NEXT – SPRING 2009

First International Contest of creative projects for young professionals of fashion industry

Organizers: Farexpo, Innovative Education Technology Bureau under informational support of Russian Trademark Internet Porta.

This Competition is an opportunity for you to present your projects for experts, public and mass media at the Professional FASHION INDUSTRY Exhibition in SCC Sports and Concerts Complex in St. Petersburg

Students and recent graduates (who graduated 1 or 2 years ago) of Russian and foreign professional schools and universities

GENERATION NEXT – Spring 2009 Exhibition accepts nominations in costume and textile fashion design in the following categories:

Nomination 1: Completed Project  - Men’s, Women’s, Children’s Attire, Textiles

To participate in this nomination, for the first stepof the Competition, before February 15, 2009 please submit:

• A filled out concept questionnaire, received by e-mail together with the participant’s registration number.
• Mood Board for the project (collection): related information, studies, sketches and photographs of the collection in the electronic format (in .jpeg format < 500 Kb).

for the second step of the Competition, before March 06, 2009 please submit:

• Two samples from the collection or two textile samples for a stand demonstration.
• A Project Portfolio, an electronic presentation of the project, including the Mood Board, studies, sketches and photographs of the collection.
  

Nomination 2: Sketch Projects - Men’s, Women’s, Children’s Attire, Textiles

To participate in this nomination, for the first part of the Competition, before February 15, 2009 please submit:

• A filled out concept questionnaire, received by e-mail together with the participant’s registration number.
• Mood Board for the project (collection): related information, studies, sketches and photographs of the collection in the electronic format (in .jpeg format < 500 Kb).

for the second part of the Competition, before March 06, 2009 please submit:

• A Project Portfolio, an electronic presentation of the project, including the Mood Board, studies, sketches and photographs of the collection.
• Sketches of the topic (collection) in the graphic form at the exhibition stand (theme and concept of the project), information collection (mood board), creative and technical drawings for the collection (total area of no more than 2.4 m2 (1.2 x 2.0 m).
