1. To exhibit you should:
- fill an Application-contract and send it to the Directorate together with information for publishing in the official fair catalogue.
Only signed and stamped application-contract shall be registered and it is a Contract for exhibiting
- to pay the invoice, drawn by the Directorate on the basis of all applications for rendering of exhibition services

2. Exhibiting at the VIP (Very Important Participant) category foresees execution by the exhibitor and the Directorate of the fair of the following mutual obligations:

The Directorate of the fair:
- places the logotype of the VIP-participant in the information-and-advertising materials of the fair (outdoor advertising, invitation cards, catalogue, fair web-site, mass media advertisements, etc.) of total circulation over 25,000 publications
- designs layout of a booth on the basis of the VIP-participant requirements ;
- take care of attracting participants to the events carried out by the VIP-participant: delivery of presentation programs, advertising leaflets of the VIP-participants
- provides 2 tickets extra for evening reception

The Exhibitor:
- rents exhibition area not less than 20 m²
- carries out products presentation at the company booth or podium
- arrange and conduct a show-program

Applications for VIP-participation are accepted till January 25, 2009.

Participation cost:

Registration fee: 180 euro
(publication of information in the official catalogue and at the website of the fair, accreditation 1+ 1 per each 3 m², receipt of the catalogue)

Equipped exhibition area 140 euro per 1 m²
(walls along the periphery, carpeting, fascia with company name, guarding of the exposition during the off-hours, general lighting of the hall, cleaning of the exhibition territory)

Unequipped exhibition area 110 euro per 1 m²
(carpeting, guarding of the exposition during the off-hours, general lighting of the hall, cleaning of the general fair premises)

Prices are inclusive of VAT.

The following is charged extra*:
- power supply
- optional exhibition equipment
- optional advertising services

Fair schedule:
In case of use of its own exhibition equipment the Exhibitor should get a booth layout approved by the exhibition Directorate by March 1, 2009

March 24, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. / Tuesday/

Check-in, exposition decoration
March 25, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. /Wednesday/

Official opening
March 26 /Thursday/

Working hours
March 26-28, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Dismantling of the exposition 
March 29, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
